Administer Control-M scheduling platform for job orchestration, dependencies, and production automation, acting as key technical resource for new store openings of a tier-1 Spanish grocery account.
Participate in 24/7 on-call L1 support and collaborate with Managed Services, Cloud Operations, and project teams to ensure production stability and operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of experience in enterprise application/production operations.
Expertise in Centreon monitoring platform architecture, implementation, and improvement at scale with hundreds of checks and alerts.
Expertise in Control-M administration including scheduling, orchestration, dependencies, calendars, and error recovery.
Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills; good knowledge of Oracle SQL for database health monitoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in production-readiness planning and execution for new store openings of a tier-1 international grocer, demonstrating continuity accountability with embedded account working mode.
Proven ability to optimize monitoring by tuning alerts, threshold optimization, event correlation, and false-positive reduction to improve operational efficiency.
Ability to integrate monitoring with incident-management systems and work aligned to Central European Time (CET) change windows for a multinational managed-services environment.
