T&T- HC- OT Advisory- Senior Consultant- Gandhinagar

Own and lead key modules in organization design, workforce planning, HR processes, and performance management for client projects.

Structure problems, lead analyses, develop high-quality deliverables, and manage recommendations through to implementation planning.

Manage timelines and deliverables independently while guiding junior team members' analyses and engaging senior client stakeholders to build alignment.

Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in HR Transformation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Organization Development, or related areas.

Proficiency in structured problem-solving, analytical skills, PowerPoint, Excel, and business writing.

Ability and willingness to be based full-time at the client location in Gandhinagar.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.

Experienced consultant capable of independently managing complex HR advisory modules and delivering client-ready solutions.

Comfortable directly interacting with senior client stakeholders and facilitating discussions to achieve alignment.

Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable organizational recommendations.
