Minimum Requirements
5-8 years overall experience with 3-5 years in relevant data analytics roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, data warehousing, BI visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), and programming languages such as Python or R.
Proven skills in advanced analytics techniques (regression, time-series, classification, forecasting, anomaly detection) and experience applying them in technology or IT-related data contexts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling large, complex technology datasets and translating analytical results into actionable business and technology insights.
Proficient at integrating AI and Generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering and AI-agent workflows, into analytics processes to automate and scale decision support.
Comfortable working in an agile environment collaborating with technology teams, product managers, and engineering partners to develop and operationalize analytics solutions.
