Minimum Requirements
8-12 years overall experience; 6-8 years relevant experience required.
Bachelor's in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's in Statistics/Econometrics/Mathematics or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in SQL, BI visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), and hands-on experience with large complex datasets.
Experience and skills in R/Python or other open-source analytical languages, advanced analytical techniques (Regression, Time-series, Classification), and hands-on AI/ML model evaluation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying data science and AI techniques to complex technology domains including software delivery, infrastructure, security, and reliability.
Strong capability to work independently with senior technology leaders, navigating ambiguity and cross-domain dependencies to design measurable and scalable analytics solutions.
Track record of developing scalable AI-enabled solutions such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and embedding AI into enterprise analytical workflows with attention to responsible AI practices and governance.
