Lead and own the global demand planning and SIOP process to optimize forecast accuracy, production alignment, and customer delivery performance in a capital equipment business.
Drive cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver synchronized demand visibility, capacity planning, and operational execution.
Provide executive leadership with scenario planning, risk assessments, and insights to support growth, operational alignment, and financial forecasting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
10+ years experience in demand planning, SIOP, or supply chain management within capital equipment or heavy industrial manufacturing, ideally in a project-based environment.
Proficiency in ERP and advanced planning/forecasting tools (Kinaxis, O9, or equivalent).
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domain.
