Manage day-to-day HR operations for India and provide operational support for US HR functions ensuring compliance and smooth processes.
Support recruiting activities including interview coordination, candidate communication, offer letter management, and onboarding/offboarding processes for India and US.
Maintain employee records, support benefits administration, time-off tracking, payroll coordination, and assist with HR compliance and special projects including HR tech rollouts.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, ideally within a global organization.
Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices; familiarity with US HR practices is a plus.
Experience with HR systems such as Ashby, Rippling, Notion, Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting recruiting and talent acquisition processes across multiple geographies, including India and the US.
Capable of managing operational HR tasks in a fast-scaling, high-growth, global environment with cross-time zone collaboration.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and familiarity with and/or experience in IIT campus recruitment is an advantage.
