Minimum Requirements
8–10+ years in software engineering with full-stack development exposure.
5+ years experience in engineering/project management in distributed/global teams.
Proficient in Java/Kotlin with Spring, React, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and AWS.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience managing complex projects from discovery through deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams across time zones, especially India-US collaboration.
Strong technical background enabling hands-on guidance in software architecture and code troubleshooting.
