Manage end-to-end eCommerce hub operations within an assigned Surface Hub, ensuring timely processing, consolidation, and dispatch of shipments.
Coordinate with linehaul, network operations, last mile, service centres, and customer service teams to ensure network connectivity, shipment visibility, and timely exception resolution.
Monitor operational performance against service level agreements, drive continuous improvement, and handle compliance and resource planning to maintain service reliability and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics, or hub operations.
Experience managing hub operations, shipment processing, or mid-mile logistics in a high-volume environment.
Working knowledge of logistics management systems, operational dashboards, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to meet network and service commitments in fast-paced, high-volume logistics environments.
Strong operational focus on eCommerce product hub operations, surface network coordination, and shipment exception management.
