Location Requirement: Must work from India, specifically Bangalore as the role is based there.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Workday colleague lifecycle processes, ServiceNow process design and implementation, service blueprinting, and process design.
Skills Required: Strong stakeholder and supplier management, resource planning, operational governance, continuous improvement, analytical skills for interpreting operational, financial, and service performance data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in portfolio management and operational governance within large, complex organisations with controlled environments.
Proven track record of delivering sustainable operational improvements and embedding change into business-as-usual activities.
