Accountable for end-to-end management of digital and technology projects including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource utilization, risks, and issues.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams including business, product, design, engineering, and QA, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, preferably digital or technology projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing digital transformation, MarTech, CRM, eCommerce, data, or customer experience projects.
Background in consulting or digital agency environments.
Experience working with US-based clients and global delivery teams, and holding PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
