Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure multi-account AWS infrastructure for a flagship ERP SaaS platform operating on an account-per-customer architecture.
Develop and own reusable Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, and observability stacks; lead incident response and FinOps cost optimization efforts.
Mentor India cloud engineering pod, coordinate closely with US architects and leadership to set technical standards and ensure global platform consistency.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud, platform, or DevOps engineering with deep AWS expertise (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, VPC, Route 53).
Strong Terraform expertise designing reusable modules; proficient software engineering skills in Python or similar for automation.
Experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD and observability (OpenTelemetry or similar) with operating under SLOs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to design and operate complex, secure multi-account AWS environments, including network, DNS, and cloud security architecture.
Experience leading platform engineering efforts within distributed/global teams, mentoring junior engineers, and enforcing platform standards.
Demonstrated adoption and enablement of AI-assisted infrastructure changes with governance controls and reusable AI patterns at team level.
