Accountable for comprehensive test planning, creating and executing detailed test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Manage defect tracking and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure quality outcomes.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, etc.) to support project delivery and risk identification.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology (BTECH).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience with SDLC, STLC, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working within Agile teams and familiar with Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
Strong analytical skills with capability to analyze requirements, identify risks, and ensure full test coverage.
