Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks covering UI, API, and backend layers with CI/CD integration for continuous validation.
Ensure reliability and performance of distributed enterprise systems including APIs, asynchronous workflows, and microservices under production-like conditions.
Define and maintain automation standards, conduct defect root-cause analysis, and act as quality gatekeeper before production releases to meet enterprise compliance and quality KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of software testing experience with strong focus on automation.
Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured.
Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-integrated testing environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience testing enterprise-grade distributed systems, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java and skilled in debugging and system-level troubleshooting.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, or Datadog to embed monitoring validation in release cycles.
