Lead and mentor a team of Data Quality Engineers across multiple projects to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness in large-scale data platforms.
Define and execute data quality, automation, ETL validation, and CI/CD integration strategies for enterprise-scale data pipelines and analytics workflows.
Drive development and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks and establish quality standards and governance across data engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Data Engineering.
2+ years in technical leadership or people management roles.
Strong expertise in SQL and Python; experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, Spark, and modern data platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
