Own the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript to ensure high-quality software.
Execute manual and automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing including cross-browser and API validations.
Collaborate closely in an Agile environment with developers, product teams, and QA to improve automation coverage and support CI/CD pipeline integration.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in software testing.
Strong hands-on experience with manual testing fundamentals.
Practical experience with Playwright automation using JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and maintaining automation frameworks ideally involving Playwright and automation best practices like Page Object Model (POM).
Comfortable working within Agile teams interacting with developers and product stakeholders for test planning and defect resolution.
Familiar with cross-browser testing, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and use of defect management and version control tools such as Jira, Git, or Azure DevOps.
