Provide 1st and 2nd level technical and functional application support for Equity Pricing Calculator applications within a global organization.
Handle daily production monitoring, incident reporting, problem analysis, request management, and release/change management.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams, and contribute to projects involving coordination, planning, and direct interaction with business line sponsors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/MCA) with excellent academic record.
4 to 6 years of experience in application support.
Technical knowledge of UNIX and Oracle Database.
Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced individual contributor capable of managing both application support and project coordination tasks.
Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment with business and technical stakeholders.
