Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade Java applications including backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability; troubleshoot and optimize system and database performance.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Java with experience in Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, MVC, Data JPA/Hibernate) and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and proficiency in SQL development and query optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, with DevOps tool expertise (Jira, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
Comfortable working in Agile teams with strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly.
Technical exposure or interest in financial services, FinTech, or capital markets domain, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and secure coding practices.
