Lead execution and delivery of high-quality, scalable distributed payment platform solutions across multiple Scrum teams.
Drive product backlog prioritization aligned to stakeholder needs and ensure effective quality engineering practices including automation, performance, resiliency, and reliability testing.
Architect and implement scalable automated testing frameworks and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native payment systems.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in Software Engineering, SDET, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or related disciplines with technical leadership experience.
5+ years strongly preferred in Payments, Banking, FinTech, or other high-volume transactional financial services environments.
Proficient in Java, Python, or comparable OOP languages; experienced with test automation tools like Rest Assured, Karate, Postman.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical discipline preferred.
