Lead and grow the India Cloud and Platform SRE teams responsible for AWS platform infrastructure, reliability, and tooling.
Own platform engineering delivery: sprint planning, incident command during India hours, architecture review enforcement, and vendor evaluations.
Drive production reliability, security compliance, FinOps outcomes, and AI-assisted engineering adoption within the platform ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
Hands-on experience with AWS multi-account environments, landing zones, IAM, networking, and Terraform.
Minimum 2 years people management experience with direct hiring, performance, and development responsibility within 12+ years engineering experience.
Experience leading production operations with SLOs, incident command, postmortems, and observability tools like OpenTelemetry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (explicit degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent skills).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader balancing hands-on coding with people management in cloud platform teams, particularly AWS and Terraform.
Proven ability to establish and enforce engineering and operational standards in a multi-time-zone, distributed environment.
Strong familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows, security compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and FinOps practices for cloud cost management.
