Own validation and testing of client features across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and ChromeOS platforms, including manual testing and debugging of client/network issues.
Develop, maintain, and integrate automated test cases and libraries within the automation framework, participate in CI pipeline automation and failure triaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes, reproduce customer-reported issues with technical analysis, and ensure release readiness through testing and defect triage.
Minimum Requirements
Education: BE or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-8 years of relevant industry experience in QA for enterprise endpoint/client applications across desktop and mobile platforms.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and Appium.
Onsite work expected primarily from HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in validating complex client applications and automating end-to-end workflows across diverse OS environments with strong debugging capabilities.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and VPN/secure access technologies relevant to client connectivity and security workflows.
Proficient in analyzing and reproducing field/customer issues involving authentication flows, network policy enforcement, and client diagnostics in an enterprise context.
