Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and drive design documents for software products and platforms.
Develop, optimize, debug, and refactor C# and related code to improve performance, maintainability, and ROI.
Act as Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to monitor, maintain, and restore system or product health including on-call duties and incident response.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor's or Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
Experience with C#, C++, big data, ML, NLP, search technologies, and familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Entra, O365).
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet security screening requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced software engineer with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement skills.
Technical background with passion for cloud technologies and AI, preferably with experience in geographically dispersed agile teams.
Comfortable driving technical leadership and working independently while building relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
