Lead review and extraction of key legal and financial parameters from derivatives agreements (ISDA, CSA, OTC, etc.) for accurate indexing in JPMorganChase systems.
Coordinate resolution of documentation issues within defined timelines, partnering with internal teams like Legal, Credit, and regional Legal Operations.
Support regulatory initiatives such as Pushout and drive improvements in operating frameworks through collaboration with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with derivatives master agreements and trade documentation in investment banking or law firm environments.
Strong understanding of derivatives legal documents including ISDA and CSA agreements.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in derivatives master agreements and trade-related documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in navigating complex legal derivatives documentation with operational accountability for quality and compliance.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Credit, Business, and Technology teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and support regulatory projects.
