Manage incident, problem, and change management processes as the primary contact for network infrastructure operations.
Lead major incident response including running P1 technical bridges and coordinating communications through resolution.
Apply deep network expertise to troubleshoot, resolve complex mission-critical issues, and support service lifecycle and evolution.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied experience and formal training or certification in infrastructure disciplines.
Experience in network operations including leading P1 technical bridges and supporting 24x7 global mission-critical environments.
Deep knowledge of network infrastructure components and proficiency as SME in 2–3 infrastructure technology domains.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in network operations and infrastructure support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in managing large-scale enterprise network topologies, including routing, switching, datacenter fabrics, wireless, and security/services.
Proficient in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) and comfortable working with Linux and version control for infrastructure operations.
Strong operational mindset with ability to use AI-assisted tools for infrastructure analysis and remediation validation while ensuring compliance with resiliency and security standards.
