Lead and coordinate local System Testing activities ensuring alignment with global project objectives in automotive system validation.
Provide technical and dotted-line leadership for System Testing and CAE teams, respectively, managing resources and cross-functional integration.
Develop and execute system-level integration, verification, and validation strategies in compliance with V-Model and ASPICE standards across globally distributed projects.
Minimum Requirements
Technical engineering degree in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of automotive system testing and validation experience.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in a global working environment.
Proficient with HiL systems, automotive communication technologies (CAN, LIN), and Vector tools (CANoe, CANape, vTESTstudio).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader adept at managing cross-functional and global teams in automotive system testing.
Strong cross-domain understanding of mechatronic systems and automotive architectures facilitating technical coordination.
Skilled in implementing and coordinating ASPICE and ISO 26262 compliant testing processes within complex engineering environments.
