Lead and deliver complex software development projects involving backend (.Net/Java) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) automation/content development.
Design and implement RESTful Web Service APIs and cloud native microservices architecture for enterprise scale web applications using Angular/React and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Coordinate and enhance application support with focus on legal and ethical data compliance, breaking down epics into stories while engaging stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for content and automation development and troubleshooting.
Minimum 8 years of backend development experience in .Net or Java including multi-tier distributed applications and database work with SQL and NoSQL.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading a development team and successfully delivering complex projects within timelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise scale cloud native applications and microservices architecture with strong design and development skills in SOA, object-oriented design, and REST APIs.
Proven ability to manage and guide geographically dispersed, dynamic teams with strategic thinking and clear communication.
Familiarity with modern streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and AI-assisted development lifecycle acceleration, able to plan independently and deliver on priorities.
