Design, build, and operate core distributed services on a cloud-based financial platform with a focus on scalability, security, and AI-powered features.
Implement and integrate AI capabilities such as generative insights, anomaly detection, and pricing optimization, ensuring safe and governed model usage.
Lead architectural design, conduct rigorous code and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide production incident support to accelerate product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
Proven production experience shipping AI-enabled features, including model-driven decisions, anomaly detection, forecasting/optimization, or LLM-powered experiences plus MLOps practices.
Proficiency in at least one modern development language/framework (e.g., Java) and experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD DevOps practices.

Experienced leader capable of managing projects end-to-end from architecture to production while maintaining high technical standards across teams.
Deep domain expertise in cloud-based financial platforms, distributed systems, fintech, security, databases, or front-end technologies.
