Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, and experience with debugging and maintaining code in large corporate environments.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
