Software Development Engineer IV

Build and architect scalable, cloud-native internal and external developer platforms with AI-driven automation and orchestration layers.

Lead design discussions, mentor engineers, and improve architecture for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency in a globally distributed setup.

Develop full-stack features including React interfaces with generative AI for human-in-the-loop workflows and establish CI/CD and AI evaluation practices for production systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

6+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, production-grade full-stack systems including backend APIs and frontend applications.

Proficiency in Java or Python or C#, React, experience with distributed systems, cloud-native development, and generative AI features.

Experience with AWS/cloud environments, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Postgres, and secure software development practices.

Experienced in architecting and scaling distributed systems and developer platforms in cloud-native environments with a strong understanding of AI-first engineering.

Comfortable leading complex technical discussions, mentoring globally distributed teams, and driving architectural improvements.

Hands-on with AI and autonomous workflows applied to developer experience, capable of integrating generative AI into full-stack applications.
