Own test case design and execution across functional, integration, and UAT for Salesforce Commerce Cloud development.
Manage issue tracking including bug identification, replication, reporting, verification, and coordination with development for fixes.
Establish testing processes and quality metrics to ensure Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform meets business requirements and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
At least 6 years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing including test documentation, execution, and defect management using JIRA or similar tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with JSON, CSS, XML, Apex, LWC/JavaScript, and SQL development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in retail and ecommerce domain with thorough understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrations and testing.
Proficient with automation (Selenium) and Agile Scrum methodologies, ideally with Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-team coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to influence development quality processes.
