Own end-to-end product delivery process including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting of Agentic AI products.
Lead change management activities ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements across functional partners.
Manage timelines, resources, blockers and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and successful product feature delivery aligned with strategic roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in product delivery or relevant domain.
Demonstrated operational management and change readiness capabilities.
Experience with product/platform release management and deployment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving large-scale, cross-functional product delivery with coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Skilled in managing dependencies, risks, and resource allocation within Agile environments.
