Minimum Requirements
5+ years applied experience and formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and overall Software Development Life Cycle knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineer comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools in production environments, critically evaluating AI outputs for security and performance.
Capable of delivering across full SDLC from design through operational stability in a corporate setting using agile practices.
