Design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas supporting firm business objectives.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, while validating AI outputs through peer reviews and automated testing.
Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and analyze large data sets to identify problems and improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, including ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large corporate environments developing in modern programming languages with database querying languages.
Comfortable working within agile teams and using AI-assisted development tools responsibly, including security and data sensitivity considerations.
Able to produce software architecture/design artifacts and use data-driven insights to improve software systems.
