Senior Product Manager

Own product strategy and roadmap for Platform Services domains (eventing, data movement, notifications, developer platform) partnering with product owners for execution.

Lead cross-domain strategic decision-making, trade-off resolution, and executive/customer-facing communication including QBRs and roadmap presentations.

Drive adoption of Platform Services solutions across Duck Creek products and evaluate agentic AI opportunities for developer and business impact.

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent).

8–12 years in product management with progression to strategic/senior-level enterprise software product ownership.

Experience owning platform/infrastructure product strategy (shared services, API governance, extensibility) at strategic level.

Work location aligned to specific designated location; residence within reasonable proximity required; remote initially but hybrid expected.

Strategic, research-driven product leader able to translate market/customer signals into roadmap direction while collaborating effectively with product owners.

Experienced in executive and customer-facing strategic communication, adept at managing cross-functional priorities and influencing without authority.

Familiarity with AI tools, LLM concepts, API design patterns, extensibility frameworks, and observability relevant to enterprise SaaS platforms.
