Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, LLM-based solutions, and agentic workflows to automate clinical data analysis and interpretation.
Build and maintain AI-driven pipelines and systems for extracting insights from clinical trial datasets, focusing on performance and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance clinical data processes via AI solutions, mentor engineers/data scientists, and uphold best practices for AI application development.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, application development, or data science, including at least 3 years in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM solutions.
Expertise in Python and AI/ML libraries with strong skills in NLP, LLM integration, and deploying AI systems in production, including experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
Proficient in SQL, handling large structured and unstructured clinical datasets, and experienced with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and software development lifecycle frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level AI Engineer skilled in building AI solutions within regulated, clinical trial or healthcare environments.
