Own end-to-end product delivery processes for Agentic AI products including intake, dependency and release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
Lead change management ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements across functional partners.
Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers and resourcing while facilitating product planning and Agile ceremonies to deliver strategic product roadmap features timely.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in product delivery or relevant domain.
Demonstrated operational management and change readiness expertise.
Experience in product/platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders including external vendors.
Skilled in Agile product planning and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
