Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts (applicable to India region).
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability in large corporate environments.
Practical use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with capability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and maintaining software in large enterprise settings, comfortable with complex systems and multiple programming languages including Java and React UI.
Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools responsibly, with good understanding of data sensitivity and secure coding practices.
