Lead and manage a growing team of Triage Analysts delivering frontline vulnerability assessments, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Oversee daily validation processes, ensure SLA adherence, optimize workflows, and maintain quality assurance of vulnerability reports.
Coordinate cross-functionally with security experts, customer success, and operations teams; manage shift schedules to maintain continuous coverage and track operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of relevant corporate experience.
2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a security-related domain.
Strong knowledge of web application security, bug bounty, or vulnerability triage; good understanding of OWASP Top 10 and security tools like Burp Suite.
Must be able to work from HackerOne office in Pune 4-5 days per week; flexible hours to manage distributed or shift-based teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader skilled in coaching, mentoring, and managing teams in security or technical operations environments.
Familiar with the bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure ecosystem, with operational focus on quality and efficiency of triage services.
Capable of collaborating across global teams, driving process improvement, managing KPIs, and maintaining accountability in a high-velocity environment.
