Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Manage end-to-end processing of repo and reverse repo transactions including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and netting validation with clients and counterparties.
Lead and mentor global teams while ensuring adherence to risk & control standards, driving process improvements, and meeting SLA and accuracy targets.
Monitor and escalate settlement breaks, TMPG claims, pricing issues; support triparty repo, FICC and bilateral transaction operations; drive internal controls and transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of experience in repo, collateral, and settlement operations with risk & control expertise.
Mandatory skills: repo, reverse repo, TPMG claims, FICC, settlements, Sponsored Member Repo, third-party repo.
Education: MBA or B.Com; proficiency in MS Excel and related tools.
Flexible to work US (North America) shift including starting at 8 PM IST.
