Elicit and document detailed business requirements from business partners and technology stakeholders, forming the basis for functional requirements and vendor RFP/RFIs.
Facilitate communication and relationship management across all organizational levels to ensure requirement completeness and provide regular status updates.
Participate in process improvement and re-engineering projects by analyzing business processes and identifying gaps.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
0-1 years of experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in Information Services/Technology roles.
Experience in creating process flows and documentation (Level 3 and Level 4 process maps).
Experience or knowledge of retail financial services or IT environments with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working in hybrid office environments and engaging with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with both Agile methodology and cost-benefit analysis to support continual improvement and business rules analysis.
Entry-level candidate with foundational skills in process documentation and collaborative communication, aiming to grow in enterprise project management contexts.
