Lead SAP REFX workstreams for implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements delivering real estate and lease management solutions.
Design, configure, and implement SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions including Lease-In/Lease-Out contracts, Rent Management, Security Deposit Management, and Lease Accounting aligned with IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
Manage end-to-end activities including Fit-Gap analysis, testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, production support, integration with SAP FICO/AA/PS/MM, and mentoring junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on SAP REFX experience.
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP REFX implementation, transformation, or rollout project.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance processes, SAP REFX modules, and integration with SAP FICO, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, and MM modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex SAP REFX environments handling real estate transformation and lease accounting compliance.
Skilled in managing large real estate portfolios with a focus on financial processes and compliance reporting under IFRS 16 / ASC 842.
Capable of independently leading client engagements including requirement gathering, solution design, troubleshooting and mentoring junior team members.
