Own end-to-end hardware order lifecycle management for ~1,200 monthly orders within a 24x5 multi-shift global operation, ensuring on-time delivery and proactive backlog resolution.
Review and validate all shipping documentation for regulatory and internal policy compliance, including managing import/export trade classifications and customs clearance.
Handle dangerous and hazardous goods shipments, ensuring correct labelling, packaging, and adherence to applicable regulations and carrier requirements.
Minimum Requirements
2–6+ years experience in order management, trade compliance, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of global customs documentation, HS codes, ECCN, Incoterms, and Importer/Exporter liabilities.
Hands-on experience with SAP order-to-cash and procurement platforms.
Ability to operate effectively in a global 24x5 multi-shift model with rigorous shift handover practices.

Experienced working within high-volume, multi-shift global supply chain environments requiring continuous cargo movement and cross-team coordination.
Familiar with compliance processes involving trade classifications, customs regulations, and hazardous goods handling.
