Own and manage two to three flagship IP programs end-to-end including annual dates, edition scope, timelines, dependencies, and go-live sequences.
Maintain and update the live progress tracker and cost sheet for all assigned IPs, ensuring timely escalation of risks and making budget decisions with founders.
Coordinate weekly cross-team meetings to align delivery responsibilities, ensure quality control, and produce post-event retrospectives within a week of completion.
Minimum Requirements
Experience managing complex programs with multiple moving parts and strict deadlines (e.g., launch calendar, accelerator cohort, live events, or similar).
Proven ability to maintain accurate operational trackers and escalate delays early.
Experience owning and managing cost sheets with vendor and production budgeting.
Location requirement: Delhi-based, in-person role with travel for event editions.
