Review payment requisition reports, ensure appropriate business approvals, and conduct compliance checks for payment requests.
Send payment requests for authorization, approve or reject payment authorization in the Fiduciary system, and manage payment confirmation and settlement advice documentation.
Perform cash entry processing including identifying ledger accounts, assigning cash matching staff, posting cash, and resolving exceptions or unidentified entries.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant Accounting degree is mandatory.
1-2 years of experience in accounting required, with prior experience in similar roles.
Prior working experience in the Insurance sector is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
The role is based in Pune, India office.
Work Experience Required: 1-2 years in accounting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working end-to-end within accounting operations with emphasis on payment processing and cash application.
Familiarity with accounting compliance, business approval workflows, and treasury coordination for exception handling.
Comfortable working extended hours during month-end and meeting turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy consistently in a structured corporate environment.
