Manage, maintain, and optimize the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Collaborate with development, cross-functional teams, and vendors to implement IAM policies, resolve issues, and operationalize enhancements.
Develop documentation, provide SME guidance and training, and automate IAM processes using scripting (PowerShell, Python, BeanShell).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Minimum 3 years in IT operations with focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
At least 2 years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and configuration.
Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, Python), understanding of LDAP/Active Directory/Azure AD/SSO/MFA/PAM, and experience with ServiceNow and SLA management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on IGA system administration and operations within enterprise environments, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical background in IAM platform maintenance coupled with scripting-based automation skills.
Proven ability to document processes, enforce IAM policies, and support issue resolution in an operational IAM context.
