Own full-cycle recruitment end-to-end for assigned technical and corporate roles in India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pipeline management.
Manage and optimize relationships with external recruiting agencies to meet hiring goals, including evaluating agency performance and managing recruitment budget.
Provide market insights and support employer branding efforts by networking within India’s tech and talent community and sharing talent trends with global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of recruiting experience covering both technical (engineering/product) and corporate roles (finance, marketing, customer support).
Proven experience managing recruiting agency relationships and driving vendor performance improvements.
Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with successful full-cycle recruitment and hiring target achievement.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced recruiter skilled at balancing direct sourcing and agency management to maintain hiring velocity and quality.
