About This Role
- Own generation and management of MIS and Power BI reports across F&A processes including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
- Design and deliver timely reports and dashboards (daily to quarterly) that highlight performance gaps and support operational decision making.
- Implement and maintain operational practices to improve efficiency in daily MIS data generation and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS and reporting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and VBA (Macros); experience with Power BI is good to have.
- Experience in operational MIS reporting across finance & accounting processes.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years.

- Experienced individual contributor comfortable managing end-to-end reporting for finance and accounting operations.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and advanced Excel capabilities to create actionable dashboards.
