Minimum Requirements
8+ years in technology roles within financial services, including 5+ years as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven domain experience in Risk and Controls, Operational Risk, or Regulatory functions.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Finance).
Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on solutioning; certifications like CSPO, A-CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or CBAP are highly desirable.

Experienced in managing agile product backlogs with a focus on execution and quality in regulated financial environments.
