Own end-to-end technical delivery for React and .NET projects including architecture, coding, and quality assurance.
Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers, manage sprint planning, backlog, and delivery schedule to ensure commitments are met on time.
Act as primary technical liaison with US-based clients, managing scope, risks, and technical communication across time zones.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years professional software delivery experience with React and .NET, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or equivalent leadership role.
Proficiency in React (including hooks, state management), JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET (including .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core), RESTful API design, Azure or AWS cloud services.
Experience working remotely within India on US time zones with stable, high-speed internet and quiet environment suitable for client calls.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in React and .NET delivery including team leadership exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading delivery teams with a strong track record of meeting sprint commitments and managing dependencies in Agile environments.
Skilled in direct international client engagement, particularly with US-based clients, able to translate technical issues into business language and manage expectations.
Capable of hands-on coding and technical decision-making while simultaneously guiding team development and enforcing engineering standards.
