Support and improve Structured Data Access Control (sDAC) program by analyzing business processes and developing governance workflows.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports using Power BI, ServiceNow, track SLA and operational health metrics, and provide actionable governance insights to leadership.
Contribute to governance projects including automation, user adoption, audit/compliance support, and stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business Data Analytics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, governance, operations, analytics, or process improvement.
Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 suites for reporting, metrics, and business requirements gathering.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in structured data governance, access management, and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with BISOs, architects, developers and governance teams between technical and business contexts.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools and process automation technologies for workflow improvements and operational efficiency.
