Own end-to-end delivery for data integration and analytics operations across healthcare clients focusing on value-based care, including BAU, upgrades, migrations, and issue resolution.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure SLA compliance, high data quality, automation of processes, and cloud cost optimization.
Manage a multi-million-dollar customer portfolio aiming for high customer satisfaction, resource planning, escalation management, and continuous service improvement.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in data integration, analytics support, or related fields with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Advanced SQL, ETL, Python support, and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with US healthcare data, value-based care models, regulatory requirements, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
